LIGHTNING BOLT Recap

On a clear and chilly evening a little over two weeks ago, three folks packed into a van from New York City, where two of them had performed the night prior. A stack of amps cast a boxy shadow on the imposing back wall of Performing Arts Center, where veins of cables ran in from either side of the outdoor stage. Balloons were attached along the fence protecting the construction on the mall, leading a sizable stampede from the meeting place of Student Services to the secret location whereupon Lightning Bolt initiated their sound check.
